Welcome to wosmile.com !! Warranty Terms  One year replacement warranty for all new products Shipping fee is not refundable. No exception.  All products carry 1 year replacement warranty. We will replace or fix the defective product at our own cost. The customer is responsible to ship the defective product back to us.  If the product is found defective after 30 days, please attach $10 check for return shipping. No return shipping charge required for replacing a product that is found to be defective within 30 days No refund for all sales after 10 days of receipt .  We charge 20% restocking fee for all refund and we only accept refund request if the return meet the following requirements: Return must be in the original packaging. Customers must contact seller within 10 days of receipt.  Return package must be received by seller within 20 days. For defective products replacement, please contact us within the 1 year warranty period for RMA# (return #). All warranty return (defective replacement) found to be not defective upon inspection will be subject to a 20% restocking fee if the return is eligible for a refund.  For exchange due to buying a wrong product, customers need to pay two-way shipping fee.
