PayPal requires sellers to provide delivery confirmation to fight against internet credit card fraud, and since US Postal Service's Express Mail is the only service that provide tracking information for your package. We only accept PayPal International Payment when you use Express Mail service for your package. If you do not wish to pay for the expensive express mail postage, you may try MoneyBookers, and have your items shipped by First Class (uninsured) or Priority Mail (including insurance up to $50).

Moneybookers:

Same as PayPal, moneybookers provides electronic payment service for anyone who has a credit card. The company is governed by United Kingdom's FSA (Financial Services Authority of Great Britain). Moneybookers does not have delivery confirmation policy like paypal, so we may send your items by First Class or Priority Mail when you use this payment option.
