  The DigiArt Z808 is one of the finest digital still/Movie camera with 6.3 Mega Pixel CCD and 2.4" color LCD. Unlike many other cheap digital cameras that use CMOS, Brica insists on using the highest quality CCD sensor, because the sensor is the heart of digital cameras.   Digiart Z808 takes pictures in 3264x2448 (interpolation), 2816x2112, 2560x1920, 2304x1728, 2048x1536, or 1600x1200 and can save your images in 3 different JPEG compression modes. With built-in 32MB flash memory, you can store up to 200 pictures without taking it back to your PC.   Video Clip and Voice Recording:
  You can also use this camera as camcorder to take movie clips (with audio) or use it as a voice recorder to record memo (built-in microphone). With built-in 32MB, you can record 2 hour of voice or about 180 seconds of video. If you have a 256MB card, you can shoot a 30 minute movie (with audio) in the ready-to-play .AVI format.
  
  Night Scenes:
  With the Brica Z808, you can also take pictures for low-light scene (i.e. B mode), that including street scenes or shooting stars. The camera supports 3 exposure modes for night scene shooting: Auto, F5.8 and F2.8 and 10 different time settings: Auto, or manual at 1/8, 1/4, 1/2, 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 8 seconds.

  • Brica Z808 can play back still image, video (AVI) clip (no sound)
  • At still image play back mode, you can zoom-in, zoom-out, moving around the picture to see the detail.

  Despite the already rich functionalities, the Brica Z808 also supports 3 Sharpness settings (Soft/Normal/Vivid), 2 Metering Settings and 2 special effects (B/W and Sepia) and 7 Auto White Balance modes:

  Auto Daylight Cloudy Fluorescent

  Tungsten Sunset Custom

  The camera has two metering options: MULTI and SPOT. In most of cases, you will use Multi metering for correct lighting in your pictures. In some particular case when you are shooting for a bright/shinning object within a dark background (for example, a yellow rose), you need to use SPOT to prevent overexpose on the flower.
  The above settings can give your pictures total 84 effects !!
  
  Brica Z808 also supports a special flash modes and several self-timer settings:
  

  • Slow Sync flash: In this mode, the flash will fire and the exposure time will be set to 1/2 second so that the subject in the foreground and the background are properly exposed.
  • Other common flash modes: Auto Flash/Red-Eye reduction/Fill-in/Flash-off are also supported.
  • 10 second self timer
  • 2 second self timer
  • Double self timer: the camera will take first picture after 10 second timer and it will wait 2 more seconds and then take the second picture.
